I value and respect privacy. I am committed to protecting the privacy of people who engage with me directly, use my website and other communication tools.
I collect and process the personal information you send me using standard tools. My website is hosted by Squarespace. My client management software is Cliniko and online payments for my services are processed by Stripe.
WHAT I COLLECT
I collect personal data that you send me by email and/or when you fill in online forms.
My website provider collects analytics: data about your computer, such as your IP address, operating system and web browser, and the pages that you visit (this is about your browsing actions and patterns and does not identify you).
I collect information about you when you make an online booking for my services through my practice management software Cliniko and make an online payment through the integrated payment processing application Stripe.
HOW I USE THIS INFORMATION
I will only use your personal data to contact you in response to a request by you or to provide information that I think you may want.
I will not give your personal data to third parties, unless you have given me permission to, or I am required to do so by law.
I use my website analytics to help me understand what content and services people are interested in, what devices are used, and what part of the world you are from.
The data I collect from you may be stored and processed outside Australia.
I will not sell, rent, share or distribute your personal information without your permission.
OTHER CAVEATS
If you follow a link from my site to another site, you are no longer covered by my privacy policy.
I cannot guarantee the security of your data whilst in transmission to my site.
Any changes I may make to my privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page or sent to you by email.
